Can I upload an STL and have it printed in the UK?
Yes. Upload your STL or 3MF to Layer & Loop's instant quote tool, choose the print options, and pay the model-specific price shown. Orders are produced in Norfolk, England and delivered across the UK.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes — every order is sent fully tracked with Royal Mail to any UK address, from £2.85 for Tracked 48, with a next-working-day Tracked 24 upgrade available.
What file types do you accept?
STL and 3MF. STL is the universal 3D-printing format; 3MF is a newer format that can also carry colour and unit data. Upload a painted 3MF through the custom form for multicolour prints.
How much does 3D printing cost?
It depends mainly on material used and print time, so it varies by model. The instant quote measures your uploaded file and prices it from real material and machine costs — the price shown is the price you pay.
How quickly can parts be produced?
Most orders are made and dispatched the next working day after we confirm them; larger prints or a busy queue can take up to about 4 days. The quote card shows a live ready-to-post estimate.
What materials are available?
Instant orders are premium single-colour PLA+. PETG, TPU and carbon-fibre filaments (PLA-CF, PETG-CF) are available through the custom print form, quoted by hand before payment.
Can you print a single item?
Yes — there's no minimum order. You can also order multiple identical copies from the quote card, where each additional copy costs less than the first.
Can you produce larger quantities?
Yes. For repeat orders and larger production runs, get in touch for batch pricing. Our Manufacturing route is built for production quantities, recurring runs and approved production samples.
