Materials & quality
We print in PLA+
One material, done properly. PLA+ is a toughened version of PLA — the most reliable FDM material there is — with better layer adhesion and impact resistance than standard PLA, and a clean matt finish. It covers the vast majority of everyday parts: brackets, organisers, enclosures, replacement clips, prototypes, display pieces.
Strength
Comparable to injection-moulded plastic for light-duty parts; choose the Strong preset for anything load-bearing.
Heat
Softens around 55–60 °C — fine indoors, but don't leave it on a car dashboard or next to a radiator.
Finish
Matt surface with visible but tidy layer lines. 0.2 mm layers look great at arm's length.
Outdoors
Indoor use recommended. PLA+ handles the odd rain shower but degrades slowly in year-round UV and heat.
Not suitable for food contact or high-temperature applications.
Other materials — per request
Our machine also runs PETG (tougher outdoors, slightly flexible), TPU (rubber-like, flexible), PVA supports, PLA-CF and PETG-CF. These aren't quoted online — instant quotes are PLA+ only — but you can upload the file through our custom print request and we'll confirm availability and price.

Quality presets
Every quote lets you toggle between three presets. Same material, different layer height and infill — pick by what the part needs to do.

Smooth underside
The face that sits on the print bed takes on the bed's surface.
Choose it on your quote. +£2 once — it applies to every part in the order.
Illustrations — the effect is subtle on larger parts and most noticeable on small features.
